Frequently asked questions
How realistic are the mock interviews?+
Very. The AI reads your actual resume and the job description, asks relevant follow-up questions, and scores your answers on specificity, structure, and impact — just like a real interviewer would.
What's a credit?+
One credit = one AI interaction. A text message costs 1 credit, voice (TTS) costs 2 credits. A typical voice mock interview costs about 30 credits. Text-only costs about 10. Your first readiness report and resume tailoring are free.
Is my data used to train AI models?+
No. Your resume, answers, and personal data are never used for AI training. We use the Anthropic API which explicitly does not train on API data. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your billing page or Stripe portal. Your credits last until the end of your billing period, then you revert to the free tier.
What types of interviews can I practice?+
Behavioral, technical, system design, panel, phone screen, final round, case study, and mixed formats. The AI adjusts its questioning style for each type.
